Deval Patrick Becomes Partner at Investment Firm With Obama Ties

Former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick was appointed senior partner at Vistria Group, a Chicago-based investment firm with ties to Barack Obama.

Patrick joined the impact investment firm with almost $14 billion in assets under management in January as a senior adviser. He will now take on an expanded role on the leadership team together with senior partners and founders Kip Kirkpatrick and Marty Nesbitt, a longtime ally of Obama and treasurer for both of his presidential campaigns.
