Dawn Capital Raises $400 Million Fund for European Software

London venture capital firm Dawn Capital raised $400 million for its largest-ever fund, which will be dedicated to early-stage European enterprise software companies.

The fund, known as Dawn IV, will invest in “business-to-business” software startups, with a focus on data and analytics, security, fintech, and the future of work, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

“Now really is Europe’s time to build the next generation of category-defining software that will underpin the future of enterprise, work and commerce globally,” said Haakon Overli, Dawn’s co-founder and general partner.
