CVC Credit Raises Over €10 Billion in Latest Direct Lending Push

CVC Capital Partners’s credit unit has amassed a €10.4 billion ($12.2 billion) pool of capital for its latest push into European direct lending, according to a statement seen by Bloomberg News.

The alternative investment manager has rapidly grown its direct lending franchise over the past five years as the private credit market becomes a useful source of funding for buyout firms in the region.
