Credit Suisse’s Fishman Resigns for Role at American Securities

Credit Suisse Group AG’s co-head of US loan capital markets Matthew Fishman has resigned, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Fishman is set to join American Securities where he’ll focus on capital markets for the New York-based private equity firm, said some of the people, all of whom requested anonymity discussing the appointment.

Representatives for Credit Suisse and American Securities declined to comment. Fishman didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
