Coller Opens Retail Investor Fund for Private Credit Secondaries

UK investment firm Coller Capital is building a secondaries fund to allow retail investors to snap up stakes in private credit funds from other players who sell out early, according to a statement seen by Bloomberg News.

CollerCredit, among the first retail-oriented funds in Europe to launch in the booming world of credit-secondaries, will start off with $250 million of capital from private wealth investors globally, according to the statement. A representative for Coller declined to comment on target returns.

The fund, to be domiciled in Luxembourg and open to investors outside of the US, will be open-ended and perpetual. ...
