Citymapper Owner Via, Holders Seek $471 Million in US IPO (1)

Via Transportation Inc., the public transport software maker, and some of its shareholders are seeking to raise as much as $471.4 million in an initial public offering.

The maker of the Citymapper mobile navigation app plans to market shares for $40 to $44 each, according to its filing Wednesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The company will look to sell 7.14 million shares, while shareholders including Chief Executive Officer Daniel Ramot will offer 3.57 million.
