Citadel to Expand With Paris Office in Griffin’s Global Push

Billionaire Ken Griffin is expanding his business empire to Paris.

Griffin plans to open an office for his hedge fund Citadel as well as market-making firm Citadel Securities in the French capital in the first half of next year, according to a statement. It will initially focus on the fund’s global fixed-income and macro division led by Edwin Lin, as well as the securities arm’s fixed-income, commodities and currencies business.
