Choosy Investors Pushing Consolidation, Blue Owl’s Clarke Says

Major credit firms are squeezing out smaller players as investors look to consolidate relationships, according to James Clarke, head of institutional business at Blue Owl Capital Inc.

Volatility in other asset classes has put pressure on fundraising, making it harder for new firms to secure allocations, Clarke said in a Bloomberg Television interview with Dani Burger.
