Blue Owl Taps Goldman, Brinley Alum Nicholson for Direct Lending

Blue Owl Capital Inc.has hired former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. banker Logan Nicholson for a senior direct lending role, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Nicholson is set to work with Craig Packer, a senior managing director at Blue Owl who oversees its business development companies, among other responsibilities.

Nicholson most recently was a partner at Brinley Partners LP. Before that, he worked at Humana Inc. and spent roughly 18 years at Goldman Sachs, where he held roles including head of US leveraged finance capital markets.
