Blackstone’s Copeland Files Confidentially for US IPO

Blackstone Inc.-owned Copeland has filed confidentially for an initial public offering, setting the industrial company up for a first-time share sale in 2026, which is anticipated to be a busy year.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined, according to a statement Thursday. Morgan Stanley and Barclays Plc are working on the IPO for the company, alongside Goldman Sachs Group Inc., and Jefferies Financial Group Inc., Bloomberg News reported last month.
