Blackstone, Sixth Street Lead Ultra-Low Rates Loan for Iris

Blackstone Inc., Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Sixth Street Partners and Singapore’s GIC Pte are leading a 12-strong syndicate providing a £1.5 billion ($1.9 billion) lending package to Iris Software at some of the cheapest rates seen in private credit, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Other lenders include HPS, SMBC and Aimco, and with slightly smaller tickets, Brookfield Credit, M&G, Macquarie, Quadrant and Canadian pension plan PSP, the people said, who asked not to be identified. Debtwire previously reported on the syndicate.
