Blackstone Private Credit Fund Sells $1 Billion of Bonds (3)

Blackstone Inc.’s flagship private credit fund sold $1 billion of seven-year bonds Wednesday, completing a sale it postponed last week because of administrative delays.

The notes from Blackstone Private Credit Fund yield 1.75 percentage point above Treasuries, according to a person familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified. Price guidance for last week’s seven-year offering was 1.7 percentage point. The deal is $500 million more than what was lined up for last week, signaling strong demand.
