Cal Ripken Jr. is aiming to make baseball bigger.

The Hall of Famerset a record of consecutive games played that may never be broken, earning him “The Iron Man” nickname. Now having spent more time in his post-baseball life than he did playing, the 62-year-old Baltimore Orioles alum is doubling down on the game’s growth by expanding Ripken Baseball, a network of youth programs, tournaments and facilities created with his brother Billy, also a former Major League Baseball player.
