Barings Hires ANZ Leveraged Finance Banker for Direct Lending

Barings LLC has hired Ciaran Voyles from ANZ Group Holdings Ltd. to join its direct lending team in Hong Kong, according to people familiar with the matter.

Voyles was most recently executive director and head of leveraged and acquisition finance for North Asia at ANZ, based in Hong Kong. He will start at Barings in early June, said one of the people familiar, who asked not to be identified as the matter is not public.

An ANZ representative confirmed his departure, while Barings declined to comment.
