Bain Is Said to Tap Citi, JPMorgan for Bridge Data Centres Deal

Bain Capital is working with Citigroup Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co.on a review of Singapore-based Bridge Data Centres that may lead to a stake sale, according to people familiar with the situation.

Citi and JPMorgan are helping Bain to look at options and gauge interest from potential buyers, including infrastructure-focused funds and other industry players, the people said, asking not to be identified because the deliberations are private.

A transaction might value Bridge Data Centres at several billion dollars, but the review is in early stages and may not result in a sale, the people said.
