Axcel Said to Weigh €700 Million Sale of IT Consultancy Emagine

Danish private equity firm Axcel is considering a sale of Emagine in a deal that could value the IT consulting firm at about €700 million ($826 million), according to people familiar with the matter.

Axcel has recently asked investment banks for proposals for the potential sale of Emagine, which could kick off as soon as next year, the people said.
