Apollo Taps Ex-Barclays Banker Sajonia-Coburgo as Senior Adviser

Apollo Global Management Inc. hired the former head of Barclays in Spain as a senior adviser to help with the firm’s investments in the country.

Konstantin Sajonia-Coburgo will be supporting origination and investment activity in Spain, said a spokesperson for Apollo.

Sajonia-Coburgo was senior adviser at FTI Consulting and had previously been country manager and co-head of investment banking at Barclays in Spain. He also spent 10 years at Rothschild & Co., according to his LinkedIn profile.
