Apollo Global Management Inc. has appointed Jaycee Pribulsky as its new chief sustainability officer, effective Oct. 1.

Pribulsky, who most recently held the same role at Nike Inc., will replace Dave Stangis, who was the alternative asset manager’s first ever CSO, according to a statement on Wednesday. As part of his plans to retire, Stangis will transition into a senior adviser role beginning in 2026, Apollo said.

In her new position, Pribulsky will lead Apollo’s sustainability strategy, which “aims to strengthen long-term value creation and enhance risk management across the firm’s integrated investment platform,” Apollo said.
