Antin Is Said to Consider Sale of Fish Boat Operator Sølvtrans

Antin Infrastructure Partners SAis considering a possible sale of live fish transport operator Sølvtrans, which could be valued at $1 billion or more in a deal, people with knowledge of the matter said.

The French private equity firm is working with Deutsche Bank AG to prepare the company for a sale later this year, the people said, asking not to identified as the information isn’t public.

Considerations are preliminary and Antin could decide against any deal, the people said. Representatives for Antin and Deutsche Bank declined to comment.
