Antares Exceeds Target to Raise $6 Billion for Senior Loan Fund

Antares Capital has closed its second senior corporate loan fund with $6 billion of investable capital, surpassing the target it set by approximately $1 billion.

The Senior Loan Fund II will focus on making senior secured loans to sponsor-backed borrowers in the US and Canada on behalf of 50 institutional investors, including public and private pensions, insurance companies, asset managers and banks, according to a statement seen by Bloomberg.
