AIP Senior Portfolio Manager Perri Leaves Role at PE Firm

Jason Perri, a senior portfolio manager at American Industrial Partners focused on special situations in credit, is leaving his role at the private equity firm, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Perri will continue to work closely with the company in a senior advisory role, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the matter is private. He had been a partner at AIP since 2015, where he helped launch and build a team that worked on special situations investing activities, including secondary market, credit, distressed and public strategies.
