AI Image Generator Black Forest in Talks for $3.3 Billion Value

Salesforce Ventures and AMP, a new investment vehicle helmed by Andreessen Horowitz general partner Anjney Midha, are set to co-lead the latest funding round for German AI image generator startup Black Forest Labs, according to people familiar with the talks.

The round size will be $200 million to $300 million, and the financing will value the company at $3.25 billion including dollars raised, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private information. The terms of the deal are not final and the details could still change, they added.
