AB CarVal Clean-Energy Investor Jerry Keefe Is Leaving the Firm

AB CarVal principal Jerry Keefeis leaving after almost a decade at the alternative-investment firm, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.

Keefe, who is based in New York and joined the firm in 2015, before its 2022 acquisition by AllianceBernstein Holding LP, led clean-energy investments in North America, according to AB CarVal’s website. Principals at the firm rank below managing principal and above managing director.
