65 Equity, Inflexion to Invest in UK’s Kee at £1.3 Billion Value

65 Equity Partners and mid-market private equity firm Inflexion agreed to jointly invest in Kee Safety in a deal valuing the safety systems provider at about £1.3 billion ($1.7 billion).

Intermediate Capital Group Plc, Kee Safety’s controlling shareholder, will retain a minority stake following the deal, according to a statement seen by Bloomberg News. 65 Equity Partners, Inflexion and company management will each own about 30% of UK-based Kee Safety, people familiar with the matter said.
