Workplace software maker Fortive Corp. faces a proposed class action lawsuit over a 2023 data breach that the company and a subsidiary allegedly took more than a year to disclose.
The complaint, filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, accuses Fortive and its Accruent unit of negligence, unjust enrichment, and breach of contract.
