Walmart subsidiary Bonobos Inc. won dismissal of a customer’s lawsuit alleging that hackers breached the e-commerce menswear company’s cloud backup database and posted his personal information online.

New York online shopper Bradley Cooper lacks standing in his proposed class action, Judge Jesse Furman wrote for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday, as the data from his 2013 purchase at Bonobos is too old and is unlikely to result in any harm.
