The owners of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and The Toledo Blade must face a proposed class action alleging they shared the video-viewing histories of visitors to their websites with Facebook in violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act.

Plaintiffs David Collins, Patricia Fuire, Elizabeth Mayforth, and Robert Anna alleged sufficient injury from the data-sharing to establish their standing to sue in federal court, Judge James G.
