Tinder, OKCupid Biometric Privacy Lawsuit Dismissed (Correct)

A Dallas federal judge threw out claims that Match Group Inc., the owner of dating sites Tinder and OKCupid, violated an Illinois privacy law by collecting face scans of users without their permission.
