Stalking victims allege that Tile Inc.'s tracking devices connected to Amazon.com Inc.‘s Bluetooth network lack sufficient safeguards to prevent unauthorized monitoring that violates state privacy protections.

Shannon Ireland-Gordy and Stephanie Ireland-Gordy were stalked for months by a former romantic partner who broke into their car and hid a Tile tracking device in the console, according to the complaint filed Monday in US District Court for the Northern District of California.
