T-Mobile Reaches Agreement With Plaintiffs to Pause Privacy Suit

T-Mobile U.S. Inc. has reached an agreement with plaintiffs in a proposed privacy class action to stay the Washington federal court case until the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation rules on a pending motion to transfer.

T-Mobile and the plaintiffs argued pausing the case while a motion to transfer is weighed will preserve resources in a stipulated motion and order to stay proceedings filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
