T-Mobile, Plaintiffs Agree to Stay in Data Breach Litigation

T-Mobile US Inc. and plaintiffs in a proposed data breach class action have agreed to pause the lawsuit in New Jersey federal court pending a ruling by the the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.

Pausing the lawsuit until the JPML makes a decision will conserve judicial resources, attorneys representing T-Mobile and plaintiffs Norma Savick and Mark Savick wrote in a stipulated motion to stay proceedings filed Oct. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
