T-Mobile has identified 5.3 million more current customer accounts that had names, phone numbers or certain other types of data illegally accessed in a cyberattack, according to a filing.
- Company had previously reported that information from about 7.8 million current postpaid customer accounts was compromised
- Additional accounts did not have any Social Security numbers or driver’s license/ID information compromised
