Judge John H. Chun of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington on Friday allowed plaintiff Eman Bayani’s allegations that T-Mobile violated the Federal Communications Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and Washington’s Consumer Protection Act to stand.
