Supreme Court Should Reverse Robocall Ruling, States Say

The U.S. Supreme Court should reverse a lower court’s ruling that struck down an exception to a federal anti-robocall law as unconstitutional, a group of 33 states said.

Attorneys general for Indiana, North Carolina, and 31 other states are backing the U.S. Attorney General in Barr v. Am. Ass’n of Political Consultants Inc., a robocall case pending before the high court. The Supreme Court will hear oral argument April 22.
