Supreme Court Rejects Taking Up Case Over Alleged AT&T Robotexts

The U.S. Supreme Court won’t take up a case over what counts as a robocall after earlier weighing in on the issue in another case involving Facebook Inc.

In a Monday order, the court declined to review a suit that alleges AT&T Services Inc. violated federal anti-robocall law by sending unwanted text messages asking for participation in a survey.
