Online mental-health services provider Cerebral Inc. is facing a new proposed class action arising from its use of online tracking tools that allegedly shared mental-health information provided by users with third parties such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

Lyndell Johnson alleged the company disclosed her protected health information to third parties without her consent and without obtaining assurances as required under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
