Stuttering Trans-Atlantic Data-Transfer Deal Survives, For Now

A trans-Atlantic data transfer pact passed a third annual European Union health check even as Brussels criticized the U.S.’s handling of the deal seen as vital to international businesses.

The report, set to be presented by EU Justice Commissioner Vera Jourova on Wednesday, rebukes U.S. counterparts for sharing “too limited” information on enforcement taken, according to a copy obtained by Bloomberg.
