Southwest, Kiwi Agree to Settle Suit Over Airline Ticket Sales

Southwest Airlines Co. and Kiwi.com Inc. have agreed to settle a lawsuit over the online booking agent’s sale of flight tickets, according to a Texas federal court filing.

The Monday notice of a settlement in principle, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, doesn’t detail the terms. Lawyers for Southwest and Kiwi didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
