SolarWinds Corp. has agreed to settle claims that the company misled investors about vulnerabilities ahead of a rippling cyberattack, according to a legal filing.
The Thursday notice to a Texas federal court doesn’t detail the terms of the proposed settlement, which must be approved by a judge. SolarWinds said in a regulatory submission the same day that it agreed to pay $26 million to settle a securities class action lawsuit.
SolarWinds and lawyers involved in the Texas case didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment on the settlement.
