Two Service Sanitation Inc. job applicants dismissed their proposed class action alleging the company illegally asked them to provide genetic information as part of pre-employment medical-screening exams.
Isaac Foster filed a stipulation of dismissal of the lawsuit March 20 in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, five weeks after co-plaintiff Roxanne Acoff filed a similar motion with the court.
