Saul Ewing Adds Litigator Stephen Ma as Partner in Los Angeles

Stephen Ma has joined Saul Ewing as a litigation partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office, the firm said Thursday.

Ma has more than 30 years of experience as a litigator representing public and private companies and their officers, directors, members and investors, according to the firm.

He handles jury and bench trials and arbitration proceedings in state and federal courts, particularly disputes relating to entertainment and real estate, and has defended music publishers in licensing and copyright disputes and represented real estate developers and lenders in litigation involving breach of contract and fraudulent transfer claims, the firm said. ...
