Regal Medical Group Inc. negligently failed to protect the personal health information of 3.3 million people that was exposed in a December 2022 data breach, a new proposed federal class action said.
Lynn Austin alleged the Southern California-based medical group failed to adequately protect the sensitive information of patients and employees, and failed to provide them with adequate notice after the incident.
