Redfin Pixel Data-Sharing Lawsuit Stayed Pending Arbitration

A federal judge paused a proposed class action against Redfin Corp. accusing it of sharing its real estate website users’ personal and viewing data with Meta Platforms Inc., Alphabet Inc., and others.

The matter is stayed until named plaintiff Guillermo Mata completes individual arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, according to an order filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of California granting a joint motion.
