Realtor.com Escapes Suit Over Unsolicited Telemarketing Calls

A consumer agreed to end a lawsuit alleging that Realtor.com made telemarketing calls to him in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Lead plaintiff Priestley Faucett and Move Inc., which operates the website, filed a joint stipulation of dismissal Jan. 30 in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
