Realogy Must Face Three Classes in Unwanted-Call Lawsuit

Three groups of homeowners were granted class certification in their Telephone Consumer Protection Act lawsuit against Realogy Brokerage Group, which they allege placed thousands of unwanted calls to homeowners asking them to list their homes for sale.

Sarah Bumpus, Michelin Peker, and Cheryl Rowan brought the claims against Realogy, which contracts with thousands of real estate agents across the country, and Mojo Dialing, an autodialing platform, in 2019.
