Private Jet Hack Surfaces Guide to Serving Elon Musk on Flights

Among the documents stolen from the private jet company NetJets Inc. in a cyberattack disclosed this week: a guide to serving a high-profile client, Elon Musk.

Musk is described as a “nice, laid-back” person in a memo reviewed by Bloomberg News that also advises crew members on his airplane to refrain from engaging him in small talk unless he initiates it. He “is not interested in conserving fuel,” the memo states, while also noting that he “wants to fly as quickly and as direct” as possible.
