Poland Suspects Russia Behind False PAP Story on Mobilization

Poland’s intelligence services said they suspect a Russian cyberattack on the country’s main state-run newswire led to the publication of a false report on partial mobilization in the European Union country.

The authorities took “immediate action” after the “disinformation” appeared on the PAP newswire, Jacek Dobrzynski, a spokesman for the nation’s special services, said in a post on social media platform X.
