Plaid Inc. won its bid to dismiss some claims levied against it in a proposed privacy class action, but must face other claims in California federal court.

The San Francisco-based financial services company successfully shed computer fraud, Stored Communications Act, and unfair competition claims but must face allegations it invaded users’ privacy and violated the Anti-Phishing Act, according to an order filed April 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
