Palmer Administrative Services Can’t Avoid Suit Over Sales Calls

Palmer Administrative Services Inc. must face a proposed class action alleging it made telemarketing calls offering extended vehicle service contracts to consumers in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state laws, a federal court ruled.

Ferrell Johnson alleged in the lawsuit that Palmer was liable for telemarketing calls made on its behalf by co-defendant Vehicle Services on the basis of an agency relationship that existed between the two companies.
