Alain Decombe and Vianney Toulouse joined Orrick as partners in Paris, the firm announced Monday. Decombe joined the life sciences and healthcare practice, while Toulouse joined in M&A, private equity and life sciences transactions.
Decombe and his team advise multinationals, funds and high-growth companies on strategic M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, capital markets and corporate transactions with a focus on life sciences and healthcare. Decombe’s leadership in the life sciences, healthcare and healthtech sectors will enhance Orrick’s service offering globally, the firm said.
